5 Probiotic Foods Super healthy For Your Gut And The Benefits Of Probiotics

Probiotics are also addressed as good bacteria that help keep your body healthy and running well. Certain foods have probiotics (good bacteria) in them naturally and can benefit your health. In this article, Dr Kausthub Desikachar talks about 5 probiotic foods super healthy for your gut and the benefits of probiotics.

The term “Bacteria” normally panics people and is habitually seen negatively as something that gets you infected. But, there are two kinds of bacteria in your body — good bacteria and bad bacteria. Probiotics are good bacteria located in your gut primarily and other parts of the body like the mouth, lungs and vagina, liable for everything from nutrient absorption to immune vitality. Dr Kausthub Desikachar says when you get an infection, it is the work of the bad bacteria, thumping your system out of balance. Then comes the job for the powerful good bacteria in our body, which aids in excreting the bad bacteria, restoring the system’s balance. This balancing act is a natural process that happens in your body all of the time.
